Derek and Brandi met in 1996 and married in 1997. Early in their marriage they began flipping their personal homes discovering their combined passion for custom home building. Both Brandi and Derek come from a long line of professional builders. They have lived in the Southlake area since 2004 but are coming home to base their business on Cedar Creek Lake. Derek is a retired Dallas Firefighter and has also been involved in the building industry for over 22 years. His experiences have led him to create a company based on proficiency, integrity, and just good old-fashioned hard work. Brandi has a degree from Texas A&M University and has the distinguished talent for designing and creating a home that incorporates custom, high end finishes, within practical and functional space.
